APRICOT - ORANGE MOLD | |
2 (3 oz) pkgs. orange-flavored gelatin 2 c. boiling water 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections 1 (17 oz.) can apricot halves 1/3 c. pecans 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. salt Put gelatin in blender container; add boiling water. Blend on low speed to dissolve gelatin. Drain oranges, reserving liquid. Set oranges aside. Add reserved liquid, apricot halves, pecans, lemon juice, and salt to mixture in blender container; blend just until pecans are chopped. Remove from blender container. Chill until partially set; fold in orange sections. Turn mixture into 6 1/2 cup mold or 10 to 12 individual 1/2 cup molds. Chill until firm. Makes 10 to 12 servings. |
