COFFEE WALNUTS 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. walnut halves

In saucepan combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, sour cream and coffee. Cook and stir until mixture reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and walnuts. Gently stir until all nuts are coated. Pour mixture onto buttered large shallow pan or platter. Separate with fork. Cool until set.
