WALNUT STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Diamond walnuts, chopped
Walnut Streusel (see below)

Blend cream cheese, butter and sugar, mixing well. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing until light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda. Stir into creamed mixture alternately with milk. Fold in walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with Walnut Streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 12 servings.

WALNUT STREUSEL:

Combine 1/2 cup each flour and brown sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until coarse crumb consistency. Stir in 1/2 cup Diamond walnuts, chopped.
