STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. firm butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Mix 2/3 cup of the cake mix (dry) the sugar, walnuts and butter until crumbly; set aside. Beat eggs slightly with fork, blend in sour cream. Mix in remaining cake mix (batter will be thick and slightly lumpy). Spread half the batter into pan sprinkle half the sugar mixture over batter. Spoon and gently spread remaining batter into pan, sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 16.
