STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl combine egg, milk and oil. Add to flour mixture and mix well. Stir in raisins. Turn into a greased pan. Combine nuts, brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon. Sprinkle over batter. Bake for 25 minutes in a 9 x 13 pan.
