COCONUT POUND CAKE 
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
1 c. pecans
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
1/2 c. sweet milk

Cream butter and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time, beating between each egg. Crush crackers fine. Add small amount of crumbs and milk. Beat well. Fold in coconut and nuts. Bake in well greased pan, 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
