APPLE-RAISIN CHEESECAKE 
Graham cracker crumb crust
3 (8 oz.) pkg. (1 1/2 lbs.) cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
3 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. whipping cream (do not whip)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. softened white raisins
1 can apple pie filling

Prebake crust in springform pan and cool. Blend well cream cheese, sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into the shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until knife in center comes out clean.
