MEN'S BREAKFAST POTATOES | |
1 lg. bag frozen hash browns 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 tbsp. onion, chopped Combine all of the above in large casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons melted butter and then 3/4 cup shredded cheese over above mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
