1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, mashed up
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
1 c. Cool Whip
1 cookie crumb pie crust

Mix ingredients as listed -- pour in pie shell and refrigerate.
