NO-BAKE MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 c. macaroni
About 3/4 lb. New York sharp cheese
1/8 c. milk

Grate the cheese or cut into small cubes. Cook macaroni according to directions on package. Drain the macaroni. Return the macaroni to the cooking pot and add the cheese and milk. Stir and cook over low heat until cheese melts. Enjoy! Makes about 6 servings.
