CHRISTMAS JELLO MOLD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained, room temperature or 1 c. orange cranberry relish
1 sm. pkg. Cool Whip

Prepare Jello according to package directions. After Jello is partly set (like thick soup) mix in cream cheese and pineapple (or relish). After blending properly and mixing well, add Cool Whip and mix. Place in individual molds or square pan. Refrigerate until needed for serving or cut size desired and place on lettuce leaf. (I double the recipe and place in a 9 x 13 inch dish). (My sister-in-law Martha's recipe).
