RHUBARB DELIGHT 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. flour

Prepare as for pie crust. Pat into 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes in 350 degree oven.

3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Gradually add sugar to eggs. Thoroughly mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into hot baked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. May add 1/2 cup of nuts, if desired.
