RHUBARB DELIGHT 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. butter
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix and put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

CUSTARD:

6 egg yolks
5 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 c. cream

Mix together and pour on crust. Bake again at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.

MERINGUE:

6 egg whites
8 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put on top and sprinkle with coconut. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
