BAKED CABBAGE 
1 medium head cabbage
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. whipping cream
6 slices bacon, cut up
salt and pepper to taste

Cut cabbage into 1-inch squares. Put in casserole dish. Mix sugar and flour. Combine with cream, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage. Cover with raw bacon.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, covered. Remove cover and bake until bacon is crisp.
