LEMON BARS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. 10X sugar
1 c. butter, softened

LEMON FILLING:

2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
Juice of 2 lemons, 1/3 c.
Rind of lemon, opt.
4 eggs
10x sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix flour, 10x sugar. Cut in butter. Use food processor, quick on and off. Dough should be consistency of meal. Pat down into ungreased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 20 minutes until golden. Remove.

FILLING:

Mix all ingredients except 10 x sugar using processor. Pour over baked crust. Filling should be poured immediately after beating. Return to oven. Bake 20 minutes. Cool. Sprinkle with 10x sugar. Cut into bars. Makes 48 bars.
