FRENCH LEMON BARS 
BOTTOM CRUST (9x13 pan) :

1 stick butter
1/2 stick butter
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour

Mix together as for pie crust. Pat into pan and bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.

TOP:

Beat 3 eggs; add 1 1/2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons lemon juice and 4 tablespoons flour. Stir together and pour over warm baked crust. Return to oven 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
