CHEESY BAKED POTATOES | |
1 potato per person Parmesan cheese Melted butter Split a raw potato in half lengthwise. Dip in butter to coat all sides. Roll in Parmesan cheese. Place cut sides down on a cookie sheet that has sides (so butter won't run off). Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until tender. Depends on size of potatoes. |
