CHEESY BAKED POTATO | |
1 bakign potato or 1 c. mashed potato 1/4 c. cottage cheese 1/2 tbsp. chopped chives Wash and dry potato. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until done. Remove slice from top, or make a quarter cut and open potato. Combine cottage cheese with chopped chives, flavor with salt and pepper and pile on top of potato. Serves 1. Calories: 1 serving = 200 calories. Fat Controlled Diet: 1 serving = 3 grams fat. diabetic and Calorie Controlled Diet 1 serving = 1 meat exchange and 2 bread exchanges. Sodium Controlled Diet: Prepared as directed, omitting salt and using regular cheese, 1 serving = 130 milligrams sodium. |
