CARROT AND CHEESE DISH 
4 c. cooked carrots
1 large can small pearl onions
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 c. butter
crushed Pringles
dash of salt

Combine carrots with drained onions; add salt. Add cubed cheese and dot with butter. Spread crushed Pringles on top and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
