12 oz. chocolate chips
1 stick butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 box Crispix cereal
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Melt together first three ingredients. Then pour over cereal, coating all pieces. Put powdered sugar and Crispix into plastic bag. Shake to thoroughly coat. Serve in a dog dish.
