RICE PUDDING 
1/3 c. rice
1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together rice, sugar, milk and salt cooking until rice is done. Stirring while cooking. Beat together water, egg and vanilla, beating well. Add to rice and cook 5 to 7 minutes longer. Pudding will start to be thick and creamy. Remove from heat and cool.
