RICE PUDDING 
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. vanilla flavor
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. milk, warmed

Combine first 7 ingredients. Add warm milk and melted butter; mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until mixture is firm. Serves 6.
