CRACKER FUDGE 
30 saltine crackers (crush by hand)
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. evap. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. butter

Cook sugar and milk to a rolling boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat until cool. Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 inch square pan. 1 cup coconut or nuts may be added.
