BAKED CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 small head cabbage
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 slices cubed bread
2 cups sliced sausage
4 cups diced potatoes
salt and pepper, to taste
3 tbsp. butter

Line a large casserole dish with cabbage leaves. Mix eggs, milk and bread. Cut remaining cabbage in small pieces. Mix all together except butter. Put in cabbage lined casserole dish. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350°F until soft.
