PUMPKIN BREAD 
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
1 1/4 c. molasses
1 c. brown sugar
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 standard loaf pans. Beat eggs until fluffy. Beat in water, oil, pumpkin, molasses and sugar. Stir in flour, salt, baking soda and spices. Mix until smooth. Pour batter evenly into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-60 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let cool for 15 minutes, then remove to a wire rack. Good warm with cream cheese.
