TURKEY (CHICKEN) SALAD BURRITOS 
2 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken
3/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4-1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/4 c. picante sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
6 soft flour tortillas (7-8 inches)

Picante sauce and black olives for garnish.

In mixing bowl combine turkey, celery, onion, black olives and cheese. In another bowl whisk together salad dressing, picante sauce and salt. Pour sauce over turkey mixture; blend well.

Spoon filling onto tortillas; wrap burrito style. Heat in 13x9 inch baking pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until thoroughly warmed or microwave each burrito 2 or 2 1/2 minutes on HIGH. Serve with additional picante sauce. Garnish with black olives. Yield: 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
