TUNA SPAGHETTI 
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. salad oil
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. sugar
Pepper to taste
1 med. size hot pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed oregano
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
Hot cooked spaghetti

Saute' celery, onion, and green pepper in oil until tender. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, water, sugar and seasonings; mix well. Bring to a boil; add tuna and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove hot pepper before serving. Serve over spaghetti. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
