1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 1 med. onion, chopped 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. parsley 1/4 tsp. basil 1/4 tsp. oregano 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce 1 c. cheddar cheese 1 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese Brown hamburger and onion; drain off fat and season to taste. Add garlic powder, parsley, basil, oregano and tomato sauce and simmer for 15 minutes. Prepare rigatoni noodles according to package instructions. Mix sauce and noodles and add the cheeses. Serve immediately without baking. |
