5 medium white potatoes, sliced in cubes
1/2 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tsp. chives
1 tsp. Season-All
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
water (as needed)

Place oil and butter in skillet, then add potatoes. Place other ingredients in with potatoes. Let cook slowly. Stir in cheese last. Add water if needed, stirring to keep ingredients from sticking. Then cook until done (cover skillet with lid while cooking).
