GARDEN SALAD 
2 c. celery
1 c. onions
1 can water chestnuts
1 can English peas
1 lb. grated cheese
1/2 lb. bacon crumbs
1 head lettuce
1 c. mayonnaise

Tear head of lettuce in bite size pieces and lay in the bottom of pan. Layer ingredients in order written above. Top with 1 cup mayonnaise. Make the night before you plan to serve. Will keep for 3 or 4 days.
