RODEO BEEF 
1 box macaroni & cheese
1 tsp. butter
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Cook macaroni and cheese according to box directions. Stir in butter and set aside. Brown hamburger. Add onion and cook until onion is tender, stirring often. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce, water and seasonings. Mix well. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until slightly thick. Remove from heat. With a fork, stir in macaroni and cheese. Heat slowly for 5 to 10 minutes.
