CINNAMON SWIRL BREAD 
3 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. milk
Cinnamon

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, flour, egg and milk - beat at high speed for 1/2 minute.

Pour 1/2 batter into greased loaf pan. Sprinkle with enough cinnamon to lightly cover the entire surface. Pour remaining batter on top and sprinkle again with cinnamon. Lightly stir batter for marbled effect. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Serve with butter, confectioners' sugar or honey butter.

HONEY BUTTER:

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. butter

Warm and beat together until fluffy.
