ITALIAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2-3 chicken breasts
1 (8 oz.) box macaroni noodles
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. Italian dressing mix (or Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning)
1 c. shredded cheese
Oregano to taste
Salt & pepper to taste

Boil chicken; remove and save broth. Cook green pepper, onion and noodles in broth (7 to 10 minutes as recommended on box of noodles).

Cut up chicken and put in casserole dish; add can of soup, noodles with green pepper and onion (some broth can be added also), and 1/2 cup cheese. Stir and add oregano, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Put remaining cheese on top and bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes.
