ITALIAN CHICKEN WITH POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
6 potatoes, pared and cut
1 (2 lb.) chicken, cut up
salt, pepper and parsley
1 large can tomatoes
1 to 2 garlic cloves, chopped
Romano cheese

Alternately layer chicken pieces, potatoes and garlic. Sprinkle on grated Romano cheese, salt, pepper and parsley to taste. Cover with tomatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
