NOT FAT OATMEAL COOKIES 
1 c. flour
1 c. quick oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg whites
1/3 c. Karo (light or dark)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins and-or 1/2 c. chocolate chips and-or 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease cooking sheets. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Add egg whites, Karo and vanilla. Mix well. Add your optional raisins, chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes or until firm. Cool and eat!
