LO-FAT OATMEAL COOKIES | |
1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. molasses 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 c. flour 1 c. reg. oats, uncooked 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Cream butter, gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Add molasses, vanilla and egg, beat well. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Gradually add to creamed mixture, beating well. Drop by tablespoon two inches apart on cookie sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool 3 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool on wire rack. 50 calories per cookie. |
