OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES
(SUGARLESS)
 
1 1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. ground raisins
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. oatmeal
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
4 c. flour
3/4 c. (6 oz.) undiluted frozen apple juice
1/2 c. nuts

Cream together butter and eggs; stir in raisins. Add dry ingredients alternately with juice. Add nuts. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet and press with fork.

Bake in a preheated 325°F oven for degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
