CORNED BEEF AND CABBAGE DINNER | |
Corned beef 1 c. water 1 med. head cabbage, cut in 6 wedges 6 med. carrots, pared Place meat on a rack in a large Dutch oven. Add 1 cup water. Cover and cook at 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Arrange cabbage wedges and carrots around meat. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and continue cooking 30 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender. Serves 6. |
