FROZEN STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Mix and spread evenly in shallow pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle 2/3 of crumbs in a 13"x9"x2" pan. 1 c. sugar 2 c. sliced strawberries or 10 oz. pkg. 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large bowl. Beat at high speed until stiff peaks, about 10 minutes. Fold in whipping cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut in 10 or 12 squares. Trim with whole strawberries.
