CORN SOUFFLE 
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

Mix everything except muffin mix together. Then stir in muffin mix. Pour into greased dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set.
