RED VELVET CAKE 
4 (1/2 oz.) bottles red food coloring
3 tbsp. Nestle's milk chocolate cocoa
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 1/4 c. cake flour, sifted 4 times
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix red food coloring with Nestle's milk chocolate cocoa; let stand. Cream Crisco, sugar, and eggs. Add food coloring paste. Add butter, milk, cake flour, salt, vanilla and soda; mix. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

4 tbsp. flour
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour with sweet milk and cook until thick; set aside to cool. Cream sugar, Crisco, butter and vanilla; beat until fluffy. Add to cooked mixture and beat.
