RASPBERRY ICE CREAM PARFAIT PIE 
Drain liquid from 1 package frozen raspberries. Add enough water to make 1 1/4 cups, heat and add 1 package raspberry Jell-O and dissolve. Add while hot, 1 pint vanilla ice cream cut into small pieces; stir until melted. Cool until mixture thickens but not set. Then fold in raspberries. Put in baked pie shell and chill.
