GABRIELLA'S RASPBERRY ICE CREAM 
1 box fresh, ripe raspberries (can substitute strawberries)
1/4-1/2 c. lemon, vanilla or raspberry lowfat yogurt to taste
1/4 c. bottled water or lowfat milk

Wash and drain raspberries thoroughly, carefully discarding any bad ones. Place all berries in blender or food processor - add yogurt, and water or milk. Swirl at high speed until all ingredients are well blended and a rich pinky-red color. Pour into Tupperware popsicle molds, or other brand popsicle molds or ice cube trays. Kids love this healthy alternative to ice cream.
