FROZEN PEACH PIE 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter, softened

Cream together. Put in bottom of 2 (9-inch) pie pans. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes (slightly brown crumbs, pat).

FILLING:

2 egg whites
2 c. fresh peaches, slices or chopped
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Place all ingredients, except cream, in large bowl and beat until stiff peaks form (30 minutes). Fold in whipped cream.

Divide between 2 pie pans. Sprinkle nuts on top. Freeze. Cut directly from freezer. Makes 2 (9-inch) pies - 12 pieces.
