MEAT - ZZZ - PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2-3 slices cheese
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. catsup
1 c. sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. oregano
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Combine beef, salt, crumbs, and milk. Press into pie tin, leaving hollow in the middle. Spread with catsup, add mushrooms and criss-cross with sliced cheese. Sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
