BEEF STROGANOFF | |
5 lb. beef chuck roast, cut in bite-size pieces 1 pkg. onion soup mix 3/4 c. sherry wine 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 good sized roasting pan, stainless steel is best Mix ingredients well, coating all. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice or wide noodles. Use wine to rinse soup cans. |
