DRIP BEEF | |
3-5 lb. chuck or arm roast (trim fat) 2 buds garlic 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt 3 or 4 beef bouillon cubes Rinse roast well. Place in slow cooker, put seasonings on top of meat. Cook 24 hours on low setting. Tear meat apart about 1 hour before meat is done. Serve on buns, top meat with BBQ sauce if you desire. |
