CHICKEN COBBLER 
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk

Mix first 3 ingredients. Put butter in 1 1/2-quart round casserole and set in moderate oven (350°F) until melted. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients. Pour into casserole. Spoon chicken mixture into center. Bake about 50 minutes at 350°F. Let stand 5 minutes.

Serves 4-6.

Ha! I think this a recipe I entered, based on the wording. My recipe was lost, so I'm glad it is here. We love this! 2 cups of broth can be almost too much--So 1 3/4 works. I plan to try making this healthier by using brown rice, some veggies and half oat flour.
