RHUBARB DESSERT 
4 c. 1 in. pieces rhubarb
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry or strawberry gelatin
3/4 c. white sugar
1 pkg. (18 oz.) white or yellow cake mix
1/2 stick butter melted
1 c. cold water

Grease one 9 x 13 in pan. Arrange rhubarb pieces in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with sugar and then cake mix. Drizzle butter over top. Followed by cold water. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve topped with whipped cream or frozen whipped topping. Bake 45 to 60 minutes.
