CHEESE PEPPER YEAST ROLLS 
4 tbsp. yeast
2 c. warm water, 115 degrees
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 carton sour cream
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour, approximately
2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & chopped fine

In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water; add sugar and let set 10 minutes. Add oil, eggs, sour cream and salt. Add 2 cups flour and beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Mix in cheese, peppers and remaining flour. Pour out on floured board; knead for 10 minutes. Put in large, greased bowl. Let rise in warm place for 40 minutes. Knead again for 10 minutes. Make into rolls on greased pan. Let rise for 40 minutes, or until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Yield: 4 dozen rolls.
